The Adam relay module ( right ) has 4 dry contact outputs. Three are FORM A ( single pole single throw ) and ONE FORM C (double pole double throw ). These contacts are rated at 2.0 amps at 30 VDC. Typically this is used to operate another LOAD handling relay, either solid state or conventional.
