A Remote display for a control/data acquisition system. The 4 line, 20 column LCD displays was added to my system about 6 weeks ago. Getting all the code to work, along with making ONE program to use 2 serial ports was no small task. However, once it was on line, it has been virtually trouble free. The unit displays 4 lines of information in REAL time from the control system. The display is updated every 30 seconds. The items selected for display are Temperature, Sunlight, Humidity, Nutrient pressure, feed interval correction factors,and feed duration correction factors. The correction factors are displayed on a per zone basis. A Countdown value until the next feeding time is displayed in minutes. The photo shown is displaying leachate values obtained from an eight plant test plot.
